I've gotten hanko from friends in Japan and none are in Tenshotai. I don't agree that Tenshotai is the most widely accepted script. the resulting seal wasn't perfect though because I think it left out a character. I have an english first name and so I substituted other kanji for it. I had to use a couple of different sites to be able to find the kanji for my name and to be able to enter the characters in the field. I prefered the result from this site because I already have the kanji for my last name. Not sure I'll be able to use the book properly but probably my best shot. Came across a chat board where the book was suggested: Identifying Seal Script by Markus Sesko. I recently purchased a radical book to try to identify the tenshotai for my name on my own. This one might work, but probably not give you tenshotai.
